2. WhatsApp Consultations
WhatsApp triage is provided by qualified staff but has natural limitations. We may ask you to come into the clinic when an in-person assessment is necessary.
3. Payment
Fees are communicated and agreed before treatment begins. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
4. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving abusively toward our staff or other patients.
